No, the battery is integrated into the unit and is not designed for user replacement.

Yes, the lamp includes the necessary charging cable required for recharging the internal battery.
The shade is designed specifically for this unit, and while it may be removable for cleaning, we recommend keeping the original shade to maintain the intended look.
Verify that the charging cable is fully inserted and the power source is active; check for any debris in the charging port.
The battery level is likely low; connect the lamp to a power source and allow it to reach a full charge.
Gently wipe the linen shade with a lint-free cloth; avoid using water or liquids which may stain the fabric.
Setting up the lamp is straightforward: ensure the device is fully charged before its first use via the included charging interface. Once charged, simply place the lamp on a stable, level surface. To maintain the lamp, periodically dust the linen shade with a dry, soft cloth or a low-suction vacuum attachment to prevent dust buildup. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the blue bobbin base, as this may affect the finish. Ensure the lamp remains in a dry environment to protect the internal battery circuitry and the integrity of the fabric shade.
