Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
When you first get your Puma Future 8 Match boots, try them on with your usual football socks to ensure a comfortable fit. The `regular to wide fit` accommodates various foot shapes. You have the option to use them `with or without laces` depending on your preference for lockdown and feel. If lacing, ensure they are snug but not overly tight to allow for natural foot movement.
Compatibility:
These boots are designed for use on both `Firm Ground (FG)` and `Artificial Ground (AG)` surfaces. The specialized soleplate provides optimal traction and durability on both natural grass pitches and synthetic turf. Avoid using them on indoor courts or extremely hard ground to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe off dirt and mud using a soft brush or damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using shoe trees can help maintain their shape.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the studs for wear and tear. The `at least 30% recycled materials` in the upper are durable, but consistent cleaning and proper drying will extend the lifespan of the mesh and knit components.
