The DLX Lainey Long Down Jacket is a premium winter garment designed for adult women who require reliable insulation during cold weather commutes or outdoor activities. By combining a 80% down and 20% feather fill with a protective TPU membrane, it offers an excellent balance of warmth and weather resistance. Please note that while the down filling provides superior heat retention, it requires careful handling during cleaning to maintain the loft and thermal properties of the insulation.

No, the jacket features an integrated, grown-on hood designed for better weather protection.
Use a specialized down detergent and a delicate cycle. Always tumble dry with tennis balls to ensure the down does not clump.
The TPU membrane offers a protective barrier against wind and light showers, but it is not classified as fully waterproof.
While warm enough for the cold, the jacket is designed for urban and casual outdoor wear rather than technical alpine sports.
The 2-way zipper allows you to unzip the bottom of the jacket, providing more leg room and comfort while sitting or walking.
This is normal for down products. Gently pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside and rub the fabric to close the hole.
The down may have compressed during storage or washing. Tumble dry on a low setting with clean tennis balls to re-fluff the feathers.
Because this garment contains down feathers, proper maintenance is critical to the longevity of the product. Store the jacket hanging in a cool, dry place to prevent the down from clumping. If the jacket gets wet, shake it periodically while it dries to help the down loft back to its original state. For cleaning, follow the manufacturer's care label precisely; generally, this involves a gentle machine wash on a delicate cycle with a specialized down detergent and drying with tennis balls to restore the jacket's fluffiness.
