Setup, Compatibility & Care
When your rug arrives, lay it flat in the desired area. Because the pile is dense, you may notice slight compression from shipping; simply vacuum or gently brush the fibers to restore their height. It is strongly recommended to use a high-quality rug pad beneath the rug to prevent it from slipping on smooth surfaces and to provide extra cushioning. To care for your rug, vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting to avoid damaging the fibers. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can force the stain deeper into the weave. Professional cleaning is advised for deep or set-in stains.
