No, the UA ARMR Shower Slides are designed for comfort and recovery post-exercise or for casual wear. They are not intended for sports requiring significant support or traction.
How do I clean my UA ARMR Shower Slides?
Clean them by wiping with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and do not machine wash or tumble dry.
What is the primary use case for these slides?
Their primary use is for post-workout recovery, casual wear, and in environments like locker rooms or showers.
Do these slides offer arch support?
These slides offer basic cushioning but do not provide significant arch support, as they are designed for short-duration wear and relaxation.
Can I wear these slides in the shower?
Yes, they are specifically designed as shower slides and can be worn in wet environments. However, always be mindful of very slick surfaces.
What sizes are available?
These slides are available in various adult UK men's sizes, including options like UK 6, 7, 9, 11, 14, 15, 16, and 17 as seen in the product variants.
Are they good for walking long distances?
Due to their casual design and limited support features, they are best suited for short walks or periods of standing, rather than long-distance walking.
Troubleshooting
Slides feel too tight or too loose.
Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. If the fit is still not ideal, consider if the strap needs slight adjustment with wear or if a different size from the available range (e.g., UK 16, 17) might be more suitable.
Slides are slippery when wet.
While designed for shower environments, extreme wetness on smooth surfaces can reduce traction. Exercise caution and ensure the sole is clear of debris.
Material develops an odor.
Clean the slides regularly with mild soap and water. Ensure they are thoroughly air-dried to prevent moisture buildup, which can contribute to odors.
