Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your boots last throughout the season, proper care is essential. When fitting, ensure you are wearing the socks you intend to play in to gauge the correct snugness. After each match, remove mud and grass immediately using a soft-bristle brush and mild soap. Avoid soaking the boots or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the synthetic materials. Always air-dry the boots naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or heaters, which can cause the materials to stiffen or warp. Proper storage involves keeping them in a cool, dry place, ideally with boot trees to help maintain their shape.
