Setup:
Setting up the ATEK USB 3.1 Type C to USB A adapter is plug-and-play. Simply insert the USB-A male end into a compatible USB-A port on your computer, charger, or hub. Then, plug your USB-C cable into the adapter's USB-C female port. No drivers or software installation are required.
Compatibility:
These adapters are designed to work with devices that have standard USB-A ports and USB-C cables/devices. This includes:
- Computers: Laptops and desktops with USB-A ports.
- Chargers: Wall chargers, car chargers, and power banks with USB-A ports.
- Devices: Smartphones, tablets, external hard drives, flash drives, and other peripherals that use a USB-C connector for charging or data transfer.
*Note: This adapter converts USB-C female to USB-A male. It is not designed for USB-A female to USB-C male connections.*
Care:
- Keep the adapters clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Avoid liquids.
- Store adapters in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid excessive force when plugging or unplugging cables to prevent damage to the ports.
