Troubleshooting
The heated throw is not warming up.
Ensure the power plug is securely inserted into the mains socket and the control unit is firmly connected to the throw. Check that a heat setting has been selected on the controller. If the issue persists, try a different power outlet.
The throw automatically turns off after 2 hours.
This is a safety feature (`automatic 2-hour shut-off`) designed to prevent prolonged unsupervised use. To continue using the throw, simply turn it back on and select your desired heat setting again. For prolonged usage, it is recommended to select lower settings (1-2).
Heat feels uneven or localized.
Ensure the throw is laid flat and not bunched up or folded during use, as this can affect heat distribution. If it's bunched, unfold and spread it out evenly.
My throw seems to be too hot or not warm enough.
Utilize the `9 heat settings` on the controller to adjust the warmth to your preference. Start with a lower setting and gradually increase until you find your ideal comfort level. Remember that settings 1-2 are for prolonged, gentle warmth, while higher settings provide more intense heat.
