FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The 411v4 is primarily a versatile trainer designed for walking, light gym work, and daily wear, rather than specialized long-distance running.
How do I determine if the 411v4 fits correctly?
You should have about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. Ensure there is no uncomfortable pressure on the sides of your feet.
Can I put these trainers in the washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as the agitation and heat can damage the structural components and adhesive; stick to manual spot cleaning.
Is the sole slip-resistant?
The sole provides good grip for standard urban surfaces, but it is not classified as an industrial slip-resistant shoe.
Are these shoes breathable?
Yes, the construction of the upper is designed to allow air circulation, helping to maintain a comfortable foot climate during standard activities.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel slightly tight initially
Ensure the laces are fully loosened during the first few wears to allow the upper material to conform to your foot shape naturally.
Accumulation of debris in the outsole
Use a specialized sneaker brush or a dry toothbrush to dislodge pebbles or dirt trapped in the tread pattern after outdoor use.

Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt using a soft-bristled brush.
- Stain Removal: Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to spot-clean the upper material.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials or damage the glue.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation or fading of the green color palette.
