Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to break in these hiking shoes on shorter walks before attempting longer treks to allow the material to adapt to your foot shape. Compatibility with standard hiking socks is advised; ensure you wear moisture-wicking socks to complement the Dri-Tec breathability. For care, remove mud and loose dirt using a soft brush after each hike. If the exterior gets wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can damage the waterproof membrane or the adhesive materials. Periodically inspect the carbon rubber outsole for embedded debris to maintain consistent traction.
