Troubleshooting

Pillow does not seem to plump up fully after 24 hours.

Gently shake and pat the pillow to help redistribute the filling. Ensure it is in a well-ventilated area. If significant flattening persists, contact customer support.

Small stain or mark on the pillow.

Use a clean, damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap to gently blot the affected area. Wipe with a clean damp cloth to rinse, then allow to air dry completely.

Pillow feels too soft or lacks sufficient firmness.

Try leaning against a firmer surface like a headboard or wall. For more firmness, ensure the pillow has had the full 24 hours to plump. If issues persist, consider its intended use for comfort and gentle support rather than rigid support.
