Try lubricating the zipper with a wax-based lubricant or gently working the zipper up and down to dislodge any obstructions. Avoid forcing the zipper.
The jacket is suitable for mild winter conditions, but for colder temperatures, it is recommended to layer clothing underneath the jacket for added warmth.
The frequency of re-proofing depends on how often the jacket is used and washed. Generally, re-proof the jacket at the beginning of each season or when you notice water is no longer beading on the surface.
The product information does not specify the manufacturing location. Check the product label for details.
Check the seams and cuffs for damage. The jacket may need to be re-proofed. Follow the care instructions for washing and reproofing.
