FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for everyday walking?

While they can be used for walking, they are primarily engineered as high-performance running trainers.

How should I clean the Adizero Evo SL?

Use a damp cloth and mild soap to wipe the exterior. Avoid submersing the shoes in water or using a washing machine.

Can I replace the insoles?

The trainers are designed with a specific footbed; if you use custom orthotics, ensure they fit the internal dimensions of the shoe without displacing the LightstrikePro technology.

Are these true to size?

These trainers generally follow standard UK sizing for a performance fit. If you prefer a looser feel, consider testing them with your preferred running socks.

What is the primary benefit of LightstrikePro?

LightstrikePro provides a superior balance of lightweight construction and responsiveness, helping you maintain speed with less effort.

Are these shoes water-resistant?

No, they feature a breathable upper designed for airflow, which means they are not intended for wet or rainy conditions.

Troubleshooting

Feeling of slipping or instability during corners

Adjust the lace tension to ensure the midfoot is securely locked and check that you are using the correct size.

Accumulation of moisture in the shoe

Ensure the shoes are allowed to air dry completely between uses to allow the breathable upper to function correctly.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely lightweight construction reduces fatigue
High-energy return from LightstrikePro cushioning
Secure and adaptable lace-up fit
Breathable material keeps feet cool
Versatile performance for training and racing

Cons

Focused primarily on speed rather than high-stability support
Best suited for specific running surfaces
May require a break-in period for optimal comfort

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best fit, adjust the lace closure system after the first few miles as your feet naturally expand during exercise. Always ensure you select the appropriate UK adult sizing for a locked-in heel fit.

Care Instructions:

Remove surface dirt with a soft brush after running.
Air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources.
Do not machine wash, as this can degrade the specialized foam cushioning.
Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the breathable materials.
