While the pole is supplied as a 380cm set, please consult the specific product documentation before attempting to cut, as shortening the pole may interfere with the integrated gliding track.
The set includes the 28mm pole, ball ends, and 60mm wall brackets with covers. Curtain hooks or clips may need to be sourced separately depending on your curtain type.
The finish is designed to be a subtle, contemporary beige that provides a soft aesthetic, generally leaning towards a low-sheen or matte appearance.
Yes, the 28mm diameter and robust bracket system are designed to support substantial curtain weights, provided the brackets are mounted into a secure surface.
The integrated glide removes the need for traditional rings that bump against brackets, allowing for a smooth, silent, and snag-free curtain movement.
Check the internal track for any dust or debris and ensure the curtain hooks are properly seated within the gliders.
Verify that all supplied wall brackets are tightened securely and ensure the pole is properly leveled across all mounting points.
For installation, ensure you have a power drill, a spirit level, and the appropriate wall fixings for your specific surface type (e.g., plasterboard vs. masonry). Mount the 60mm brackets securely to ensure the pole sits level across the full 380cm width. Once installed, avoid using abrasive chemical cleaners on the beige finish; instead, wipe the pole down periodically with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. If the movement becomes stiff over time, verify that the internal track is clear of debris.
