While the leather is durable and resistant, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in deep water.
These boots are sized in UK adult sizing. It is recommended to compare your standard size against the UK sizing chart provided.
The glossy finish is durable, but deep scratches may be visible. Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
Yes, you can insert your own orthotic insoles if you require additional arch support.
Once broken in, they provide good support, but they are primarily designed for fashion and urban use rather than long-distance hiking.
Wear them for short periods around the house with thick socks to soften the leather gradually.
Use a specialized patent leather cleaner or a soft, dry cloth to buff the surface and restore shine.
To ensure your boots last, it is important to follow proper care protocols. Since these are genuine leather, avoid submerging them in water. Use a damp cloth to remove surface dirt and apply a leather-specific conditioner periodically to keep the material supple and prevent cracking. When storing, keep them in a cool, dry place to prevent the glossy finish from dulling over time. If you find the fit is stiff initially, consider wearing thick socks for the first few outings to help mold the leather to your foot shape.
