Nike Tempo Short-Sleeve Running Top - Peony - UK 14

This top is designed for running and other high-impact athletic activities where staying cool and dry is important. Its features are optimized for cardio workouts.

Refer to the Nike sizing chart for accurate measurements. The top is designed for a tailored fit around the waist; if you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.

While the Dri-FIT fabric helps manage sweat, the short sleeves offer minimal insulation. It is best suited for warmer conditions or as a base layer in cooler weather.

Minimal seams refers to fewer and flatter seams, particularly in areas prone to friction. This design helps reduce the risk of irritation and chafing during repetitive motions like running.

It's recommended to wash your running top after each use to maintain hygiene and fabric performance. Always follow the specific care instructions on the garment's label.

The large mesh panels, typically located under the arms, are designed to increase airflow and ventilation. This helps to keep you cooler and allows moisture to escape more efficiently.

Ensure you have selected the correct size. Check the size guide and consider if a different fit (e.g., looser) might be more comfortable for your activity.

Wash the garment according to care instructions, avoiding fabric softeners. Ensure the mesh panels are not obstructed by other layers.

Ensure the garment is the correct size and fit. Try wearing a moisture-wicking base layer underneath if the issue persists.
