The New Balance 408 Lace-Up Trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of style and comfort for everyday wear and light activities. Their key benefit is the combination of a breathable upper and an anti-slip sole for secure, cool wear. A potential caveat is their suitability primarily for casual and light athletic use, rather than high-impact sports. These trainers feature a synthetic and textile upper, a secure lacing system, and a durable rubber sole with excellent traction.

The New Balance 408 trainers are designed for casual wear and light athletic activities. They may not offer the specialized support and cushioning required for long-distance running like marathons.
Refer to the New Balance sizing guide for accurate measurements. Ensure a comfortable fit that is neither too tight nor too loose, allowing for natural foot movement.
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method for cleaning to preserve the materials.
The upper is constructed from a combination of synthetic and textile materials to enhance breathability and comfort.
The rubber sole is designed for durability and features an anti-slip profile for excellent traction on various surfaces, making it suitable for regular use.
These trainers are ideal for everyday wear, walking, running errands, and light gym workouts or cross-training.
Clean the sole thoroughly with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris that may be affecting the anti-slip profile.
Ensure socks are made of moisture-wicking material. The breathability of the upper can be optimized with appropriate sock choice.
Check that the laces are threaded correctly through the eyelets. Ensure you are tightening them evenly for a snug fit without over-stressing the material.
Setup: These trainers require no setup; simply lace them up for a personalized fit.
Compatibility: The New Balance 408 trainers are designed for adult footwear sizes. They are compatible with most casual and athletic attire.
