FAQs
Is this jacket waterproof?
It is water-resistant, meaning it is designed to repel light rain and wind, but it is not fully waterproof for heavy, sustained downpours.
Can I wear this for intense exercise?
It works well for light activities like jogging or walking, but it is not specifically engineered as a high-performance moisture-wicking garment for intense workouts.
What size should I choose?
The jacket follows a regular fit. If you plan to layer thick clothing underneath, consider your standard size or slightly larger.
How do I maintain the screen-printed branding?
Always wash the jacket inside out to minimize friction against the branding and avoid direct heat or ironing on the printed areas.
Does the hood detach?
No, the hood is permanently attached to the jacket frame.
Troubleshooting
Fabric loses water-repellency over time
Wash the garment according to instructions and consider using a spray-on technical garment water-repellent treatment to restore the finish.
Zipper feels stiff or sticks
Clean the zipper teeth with a soft brush to remove debris, then apply a tiny amount of candle wax or graphite to the teeth to improve movement.
Pros and Cons

Cons
- Not intended for heavy-duty rain or extreme cold

- Requires careful laundering to maintain water-resistant coating
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Nike x Stranger Things Windrunner remains in optimal condition, adhere to these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid heavy detergents or fabric softeners that can strip the water-resistant treatment.
- Drying: Air dry whenever possible. If you must use a dryer, choose a low-heat setting to avoid damaging the polyester fibers or the elasticated trims.
- Ironing: Avoid ironing the graphic details directly. If wrinkles occur, use a low-heat setting or a steamer at a safe distance.
- Storage: Hang the jacket on a sturdy hanger in a dry, well-ventilated area to maintain its shape.
