FAQs
Can I use this for wet towels?
It is not recommended to store wet items in the hamper for extended periods, as excess moisture can damage the fabric and the bamboo frame.
Does the hamper include a removable liner?
This model is designed as a standalone hamper with an integrated structure; it does not feature a removable laundry bag insert.
Is the bamboo frame moisture-resistant?
While the bamboo is durable, it is best kept in well-ventilated areas to prevent damage in highly humid bathroom environments.
What are the exact dimensions?
The hamper measures 42 cm in length, 32 cm in width, and 70.5 cm in height.
How much laundry can it hold?
With a 100-liter capacity, it is designed to hold approximately a full week's worth of laundry for an average-sized household.
Can I fold it while it contains laundry?
No, the hamper should be completely emptied before folding for storage.
Troubleshooting
The basket does not stand straight.
Ensure the base support panel is fully pressed down into the bottom of the hamper to provide structural tension.
Fabric has become dusty or stained.
Use a soft brush to remove surface dust or a damp, lint-free cloth with mild soap to spot-clean stains.
The lid does not sit flat.
Check that the frame is perfectly square and that the items inside are not overfilled, which can cause the sides to bow outward.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The hamper is designed for tool-free assembly. Simply expand the bamboo frame, insert the base panel to lock the structure into shape, and attach the lid.
Compatibility: The neutral grey colorway and minimalist design make it a versatile addition to modern, Scandinavian, or industrial-style interiors.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe the exterior fabric with a damp cloth to clean.
- Avoid placing the hamper directly in standing water to protect the bamboo.
- Ensure the basket is completely dry before folding it for long-term storage to prevent mold or mildew growth.
