FAQs
How do the lights work?
The lights in the midsole are activated by the impact of each step. They are designed to illuminate during normal walking and running activities.
Can I replace the battery for the lights?
No, the battery for the light-up feature is integrated and not designed to be user-replaceable. The lights will function until the battery is depleted.
Are these shoes waterproof?
These trainers are not waterproof. They are designed for dry to slightly damp conditions. Avoid full immersion in water.
How do I clean the shoes?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. For tougher spots, use a mild soap solution. Always air dry and do not machine wash.
What is the recommended age group for these shoes?
These trainers are designed for kids, specifically for general wear and play.
What does 'adaptive closure' mean?
Adaptive closure refers to the combination of stretch laces and an adjustable instep strap, allowing for a flexible and secure fit that's easy for children to manage.
Can these shoes be used for sports training?
While they are designed for active play, they are best suited for casual wear, running, and general playground activities rather than specialized sports training that requires advanced support or grip.
Troubleshooting
Lights not turning on
Ensure the child is walking or running to activate the impact sensors. If lights still do not work after sufficient activity, the battery may be depleted. As the battery is not user-replaceable, this may affect further use.
Strap not holding securely
Ensure the velcro strap is clean and free of debris. Press firmly to secure. If the strap is worn out, it may need replacement.
Mesh upper appears dirty
Gently clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material or fade the colors.
