Unifix Drywall Screws Bugle Head Coarse Thread - Black - 3.5 X 38mm

These screws typically require a Phillips or Pozidriv driver bit. Check the packaging or screw head for the precise type.

While they may work in some instances, these screws are primarily designed for wood studs. For metal studs, specialized self-tapping drywall screws are recommended for optimal performance.

Each box contains 200 Unifix Drywall Screws.

A bugle head is slightly curved like a bugle, designed to countersink smoothly into drywall without tearing the paper, creating a flush surface for finishing.

The black phosphate finish offers some corrosion resistance, but these screws are intended for interior drywall applications. For exterior projects, use fasteners specifically rated for outdoor conditions.

The length of these specific screws is 38mm.

Ensure you are using the correct type and size of driver bit. Reduce the drill's torque setting and apply firm, consistent pressure.

Verify that the screw is penetrating adequately into the stud or framing material. Check if the drywall material is compromised or too thin for the coarse thread.

Adjust the drill's torque setting to a lower level. Ensure the drill is perpendicular to the surface when driving the screw.
