Troubleshooting
Zipper is sticking or difficult to move.
Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to move the zipper up and down. Applying a small amount of graphite (from a pencil tip) to the teeth can help lubricate it.
Hoodie appears to have shrunk after washing.
Always follow the recommended care instructions, particularly regarding water temperature and drying methods. If shrinkage has occurred, try gently stretching the fabric while damp. For future washes, consider air drying.
Drawcord has come out of the hood.
Use a safety pin or a bodkin to carefully thread the drawcord back through the hood channel. Secure the end of the drawcord to the safety pin before starting.
