This three-piece Neo garden set, featuring two adjustable chairs and a side table, is perfect for anyone seeking ultimate relaxation in their garden, patio, or during camping trips. Its key benefit is the zero-gravity design that relieves body pressure, allowing for hours of comfortable lounging. A minor caveat is that the weight capacity for each chair is 120kg. The set includes two foldable chairs with padded headrests and visors, and a matching side table with built-in cup holders.

No, the Neo Zero Gravity Chairs and Table Set comes fully assembled and ready to use out of the box. Simply unfold the pieces.
Yes, the chairs are designed to recline back to any position and lock securely in place, allowing for personalized comfort.
The chair features a powder-coated steel frame and uses a mesh fabric for the seating and backrest, with a padded headrest.
Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth. For the mesh fabric, use a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth or brush, rinse, and air dry.
While the set can be used indoors, it is primarily designed for outdoor use on patios, gardens, or camping. Ensure it is completely dry before bringing it inside to prevent moisture issues.
The chair dimensions are approximately 160cm (length) x 65cm (width) x 108cm (height). The desk dimensions are approximately 49cm x 49cm x 53cm.
The Neo Zero Gravity Chairs and Table Set comes with a 12-month guarantee.
Ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged or disengaged. Check for any debris obstructing the mechanism and clean if necessary. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Ensure the table is placed on a level surface. Check that all legs are firmly on the ground and that the table is fully unfolded.
This can sometimes occur with use. Ensure the chair is properly positioned and the recline is locked. If it's significantly saggy, it may indicate wear and tear.
Ensure the cup holder is fully extended and clean any potential obstructions. The size of the beverage container may also affect fit.
Setup:
This set requires no assembly. Simply unfold the chairs and the table to their desired positions. The chairs' recline mechanism should be checked for smooth operation before use.
Compatibility:
The set is designed for outdoor use on relatively flat surfaces such as patios, decks, grass, or sand. It is compatible with most standard-sized beverages in the cup holders.
