FAQs

What is the main benefit of the material used?

The primary benefit is the combination of softness, breathability, and sustainability, due to the use of recycled polyester and Lyocell.

Are these sweatpants suitable for intense workouts?

While comfortable and breathable for light activity, they are designed more for casual wear, comfort, and moderate movement rather than high-intensity training.

How do I ensure the right size?

Refer to the specific sizing chart provided by On Running for their apparel. Consider if you prefer a tighter or looser fit when choosing your size, as these have a tailored cut.

Can I put these in the dryer?

Yes, you can tumble dry them on a low setting. However, for longevity, air drying is often recommended.

What type of items can I store in the zippered pocket?

The zippered pocket is suitable for small, essential items like keys, cards, or a small mobile phone.

How do I clean the sweatpants?

Machine wash cold and tumble dry on low. Always check the care label for the most accurate instructions.

What is the return policy if the fit isn't right?

Return policies vary by retailer. Please check the specific return policy of the store or website where you purchased the sweatpants.

Troubleshooting

Waistband adjustment slips

Ensure the drawstring is tied securely. If the elastic itself is loose, it may indicate wear and tear over time.

Zipper snagging

Gently try to maneuver the zipper. Lubricating the zipper teeth with a graphite pencil lead or a small amount of wax can help if it continues to stick.

Fabric pilling after washing

Ensure you are washing in cold water and on a low tumble dry setting. Washing inside out can also help reduce friction and pilling.

Fit feels too tight

Review the sizing chart carefully before purchasing. If the fit is too tight after purchase, consider wearing them for lighter activities or as loungewear as they offer less stretch than traditional athletic wear.
