The leather and synthetic materials may require a short break-in period. Wear them for shorter durations at first to allow the materials to soften and conform to your foot.

This can sometimes occur due to friction between the insole and the shoe's interior. Try removing the insole, dusting the inside of the shoe with a little baby powder or cornstarch, and then reinserting the insole.

For fresh stains, gently wipe with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a specialized leather and synthetic cleaner following the product's instructions. Test on an inconspicuous area first.

Ensure you are using a secure knot, such as a double knot or a 'reef knot' variation, which provides more stability than a simple square knot.
