FAQs

Are these shorts suitable for swimming?

While made of polyester, these are designed for dry-land training and lack the specialized chlorine resistance found in swim trunks.

Do these shorts have an inner liner?

No, this model does not feature an integrated compression liner.

What is the primary material used?

These shorts are crafted from high-performance polyester.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the standard Under Armour sizing chart based on your waist measurement to ensure the proper 'regular' fit.

Is the waistband comfortable for long workouts?

Yes, the encased elastic waistband is designed to sit flat against the skin to minimize irritation.

Troubleshooting

Drawcord gets stuck inside the waistband

Use a small safety pin to carefully guide the drawcord back through the opening.

Fabric feels less breathable after multiple uses

Wash the garment without fabric softener to clear the pores of the polyester fabric.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Ultra-lightweight material for maximum range of motion
Effective odor control for fresher long-term use
Adjustable drawcord ensures a secure fit for various waist sizes
Breathable construction prevents overheating
Durable polyester fabric stands up to repeated washing

Cons

Open pockets lack zippers, which may be insecure for vigorous activity
Limited to a regular fit profile, which may not suit those preferring baggy styles
Black colorway may show dust or lint more easily than lighter colors

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Getting the right fit is essential for performance. These shorts are offered in various sizes from Small to 3XL; ensure you verify your waist measurements against the standard sizing to achieve the intended regular fit.

Care Instructions

Washing: Machine wash cold with like colors to maintain the integrity of the fabric and odor-resistant treatment.
Drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Do not use high-heat settings as this can degrade the synthetic fibers.
Prohibition: Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and inhibit the moisture-wicking and odor-control capabilities of the polyester.
