Troubleshooting
Wheels are not spinning freely
Check for any debris or tangled threads caught in the wheel mechanism. Clean the wheels with a dry cloth.
Telescoping handle is stuck
Ensure there are no obstructions in the handle tracks. Gently try to extend or retract the handle by pressing the release button firmly. Avoid forcing it.
TSA lock is difficult to open
If you have set a personal combination, double-check that the numbers are aligned correctly. If it's a pre-set lock, ensure you are using the correct key or combination. Contact customer support if issues persist.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The suitcases are ready to use upon arrival. The telescoping handle typically has a button to extend and retract it. The TSA lock is usually pre-set; a small instruction tag might be included for initial use or setting a personal combination if applicable.
Compatibility: This 3-piece set is designed for broad airline compatibility. While the smaller cases adhere to most carry-on regulations, it is always recommended to verify specific dimensions with your chosen airline before flying, particularly for the largest case which is intended for checked baggage.
Care: To maintain the condition of your LUGG suitcases, clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the interior, spot clean any spills with mild soap and water. Ensure the suitcase is fully dry before storing. Store the suitcases nested inside each other to save space, with the largest on the bottom.
