Troubleshooting
Backpack feels uncomfortable or unstable.
Ensure the shoulder straps are properly adjusted, not too loose or too tight. Fasten and adjust the sternum strap to help distribute weight and stabilize the load. Utilize the upper compression straps to cinch the pack's contents closer to your back.
Items inside are shifting excessively.
Tighten the upper compression straps on the sides of the backpack. Pack heavier items closer to your back and center to maintain better balance. Make sure the sternum strap is properly adjusted and fastened.
Water bottle keeps falling out of the side pocket.
Ensure the water bottle is securely placed deep within the side pocket. Consider using bottles with a slight taper or a grippy surface to minimize movement. For some models, there might be a small elastic cord or strap on the pocket (check if applicable).
