The Castelli Unlimited 2 Cargo Bib Shorts are designed for long-distance road and gravel cyclists who prioritize versatility, endurance comfort, and integrated storage. These shorts feature the reliable KISS Air2 seat pad and durable Affinity Pro fabric, providing a secure, high-performance fit for all-day adventures. While they offer exceptional carrying capacity, users should be aware that the added weight of cargo in the side and rear pockets can influence the feel of the shorts during intense, high-cadence climbing.

Yes, but they are optimized for outdoor use with cargo storage. They will perform well on an indoor trainer, though you may find the mesh pockets unnecessary.
Yes, these are unisex in style and pair perfectly with any cycling jersey; the cargo pockets simply provide extra storage if your jersey pockets are already full.
Castelli gear is known for a 'race' fit. We recommend checking the Castelli size chart and potentially sizing up if you prefer a less compressive, more relaxed fit.
Yes, the mesh pockets are designed to be expandable and secure. However, ensure the phone is placed securely within the pocket to avoid any bouncing on rough terrain.
The longevity of the pad depends on mileage and care, but with proper cold-water washing and air drying, it will maintain its supportive properties for many thousands of kilometers.
Check that the silicone leg grippers are clean and free of lotion or sunscreen, as these products can cause the silicone to lose its grip.
Avoid overloading the mesh pockets with heavy items; redistribute weight to a frame bag or saddle pack if necessary.
Ensure the shorts fit correctly and consider using a high-quality chamois cream to reduce friction during rides over three hours.
To ensure the longevity of your Castelli Unlimited 2 Cargo Bib Shorts, wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle using a mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Always hang them to air dry to protect the elasticity of the Lycra and the structural integrity of the silicone grippers. For the best fit, ensure the chamois is positioned correctly against the skin without undergarments, as the KISS Air2 pad is designed for direct contact to prevent chafing.
