FAQs

What are the dimensions of the footstool?

The dimensions are approximately H:36 cm x W:33 cm x D:62 cm.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The footstool can support up to 120Kg.

How do I attach the legs?

The legs are designed to screw directly into the pre-drilled threaded holes on the base of the footstool. They should screw in easily by hand.

Is the footstool suitable for children?

Yes, the soft texture is described as child-safe, and its lightweight nature makes it easy for children to move. However, adult supervision is always recommended.

What material is the footstool made from?

The main body is made from velvet fabric, and it features four wooden legs.

How should I clean the velvet upholstery?

For best results, gently vacuum regularly. For stains, use a damp cloth with a mild upholstery cleaner and blot gently. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.

Does it come assembled?

The main footstool body comes assembled, but the four wooden legs need to be screwed in place upon arrival.

Troubleshooting

Footstool wobbles or is unstable

Ensure all four wooden legs are screwed in tightly and evenly. Check that the footstool is placed on a level surface.

Velvet fabric appears crushed or matted

Gently brush the velvet with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the pile. For minor flattening, a steam cleaner on a low setting (held at a distance) can help restore the texture, followed by brushing.

Minor stains on the velvet

Spot clean immediately with a clean, damp cloth and a small amount of mild upholstery cleaner. Blot the stain gently and allow to air dry. Avoid overwetting the fabric.
