The Viscotherapy Bliss Ortho Cool Blue Foam Mattress is an ideal choice for sleepers who prioritize firm, orthopaedic support and temperature-regulated comfort. Designed with a sophisticated 24cm three-layer foam construction, it excels at spinal alignment and motion isolation, making it perfect for couples or those with back support needs. However, as a firm orthopaedic model, it may feel too rigid for those who prefer a soft, cloud-like sleeping surface.

While it is an orthopaedic firm mattress, the contouring CoolBlue layer helps reduce pressure, but side sleepers may find it firmer than a standard memory foam mattress.
Generally, it is safe to use an electric blanket on low settings, but check the manufacturer guidelines to ensure the foam is not compromised by excessive heat.
The Lemon Wave cover is removable. Unzip it, remove it from the mattress, and machine wash on a gentle cycle as per the garment tag.
No, this is a single-sided mattress designed specifically with top-down layering. Rotate it head-to-toe instead.
Yes, but ensure the slats are no more than 3 inches apart to prevent the foam from sagging into the gaps.
Foam mattresses require a break-in period. Allow 2-4 weeks of regular use for the materials to soften and adapt to your body profile.
This is standard for new foam products. Air the mattress in a ventilated room for 48 hours, and the smell will dissipate.
Ensure the bed base is level and free of debris. If the mattress was stored upright, lay it flat immediately to allow the memory foam to expand uniformly.
Upon arrival, remove the mattress from its packaging and allow it to expand in a well-ventilated room for at least 24 to 48 hours to regain its full shape. Ensure you place this mattress on a flat, supportive bed base, such as a solid platform or a slatted frame with narrow gaps, to maintain the integrity of the foam layers. To maintain the hygiene of the mattress, the Lemon Wave zip cover should be removed and machine-washed according to the care label instructions. Periodically rotate the mattress (head-to-toe) every few months to ensure even wear across the foam surface.
