FAQs

Are these baubles safe for households with pets or children?

Because they are made of ceramic, they are fragile. It is recommended to hang them out of reach of young children and pets to avoid accidental breakage.

Can I use these ornaments outdoors?

These baubles are designed for indoor use. Exposure to moisture, wind, or temperature fluctuations outdoors may damage the ceramic and the foil detailing.

Do the baubles come in a protective box?

Yes, they arrive in specialized, gift-ready packaging designed to keep the ornaments safe during storage.

What is the primary material used?

The ornaments are crafted from high-quality white ceramic.

How many ornaments are included in the set?

The set contains 15 individual ceramic baubles.

Are the ornaments dishwasher safe?

No. They should never be put in a dishwasher, as water and heat will ruin the finish and the gold foil application.

Troubleshooting

Ribbon becomes detached from the ornament

If the ribbon loop slips out, carefully guide it back through the eyelet and secure with a small knot if necessary.

Surface marks or fingerprints

Use a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently buff out any smudges or oils from the white ceramic surface.

Bauble leaning at an angle

Adjust the position of the ribbon or move the bauble to a slightly thicker part of the tree branch to provide better balance.

Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your baubles remain in pristine condition, follow these guidelines:

Setup: Before hanging, check that your branch is strong enough to support the weight of the ceramic. Simply slip the included glittery ribbon over the branch tip.
Compatibility: These ornaments are neutral enough to fit with any traditional or modern tree color scheme, including green, white, or flocked artificial trees.
Care: Clean the baubles only with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Do not submerge them in water, as this may compromise the ceramic finish or degrade the gold foil detailing. When storing, wrap each bauble individually in acid-free tissue paper and place them back into the original box to prevent scratching or accidental impact.
