The Tommy Hilfiger Checkered Cape is designed for the modern adult woman looking to elevate her wardrobe with a piece that blends classic American heritage with contemporary style. Crafted from breathable cotton, it offers a sophisticated layering option for transitional weather, though users should note that as a loose-fitting cape, it provides less structural warmth than a traditional fitted coat.

Yes, but it is highly recommended to use a gentle cycle with cold water and to air dry the piece flat.
The cape is designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit. The XL size offers more coverage and extra room for layering heavier items underneath.
Cotton is not naturally water-resistant; this cape is best suited for dry, cool, or mild conditions.
The design focuses on a draped, open look, though specific models may include minor closure details at the neck; please check the garment construction.
The checkered pattern and sophisticated silhouette make it a versatile piece suitable for both smart-casual and elevated social settings.
Use a garment steamer on a low setting or iron the reverse side of the fabric on a low heat setting.
Wash the garment inside out in cold water and avoid direct sunlight when drying.
To keep your Tommy Hilfiger cape in optimal condition, always follow the garment's internal care label. Because the piece is crafted from cotton, it is best to wash in cool water on a gentle cycle to prevent shrinking or fading. Lay the garment flat to dry to maintain its shape, rather than using a tumble dryer which may cause unnecessary wear to the fabric. When storing, fold the cape neatly or hang it on a wide, padded hanger to prevent shoulder creasing. The item is designed for adult sizing; ensure you check your preferred fit, as the cape is intentionally designed to be voluminous.
