Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These trainers require no specific setup beyond putting them on and lacing them up. Ensure the laces are tied securely but comfortably to prevent any rubbing or discomfort during your run.
Compatibility:
- Foot Type: Designed for runners with a neutral foot strike. They are not recommended for severe overpronators who require motion control.
- Running Surfaces: Best suited for road running, sidewalks, and light, well-groomed trails. The outsole may wear faster on abrasive surfaces like concrete if used exclusively.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Spot clean with a mild detergent and cold water using a soft brush or cloth. Avoid machine washing or soaking, as this can damage the materials and cushioning.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry completely at room temperature. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or dryers, which can warp the shoe.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure they are fully dry before storing to prevent mildew.
- Outsole Care: Periodically check the rubber outsole for any debris or wear and tear. Clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
