No, machine washing can damage the internal light-up components. Clean them by hand using a damp cloth.
The lights are motion-activated; they will turn on automatically as your child walks or jumps.
No, the batteries are sealed within the midsole for durability and are not intended for user replacement.
The stretch laces and adjustable strap provide some flexibility, but they are generally designed for standard foot widths.
The upper is constructed from durable nylon, providing a lightweight and breathable fit.
Size 11 UK refers to a standard child's foot size. We recommend measuring the child's foot length against a standard size chart to ensure a proper fit.
The internal battery may have reached the end of its life cycle, as these are non-replaceable sealed units.
Check the sole for debris stuck in the light housing; otherwise, it may indicate a variance in battery life between the two shoes.
No complex setup is required as the lights are battery-powered and motion-activated out of the box. To maintain the life of these shoes, wipe the nylon uppers with a damp cloth if they become soiled. Do not submerge the shoes in water or place them in a washing machine, as moisture can damage the internal lighting circuitry. Air dry them away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping or adhesive degradation.
