FAQs
Can I wash heavy items like duvets?
Yes, the 11kg capacity is suitable for large items, but ensure the weight does not exceed the maximum limit and always use a delicate or bedding cycle.
How do I activate the Steam function?
Steam is integrated into specific cycles; select a cycle that supports steam or use the steam option button on the control panel if available.
What is the benefit of the AI Inverter motor?
The AI Inverter DirectDrive motor offers better precision, quieter operation, and increased durability by eliminating the belt and pulley system found in older machines.
How often should I clean the debris filter?
It is recommended to clean the debris filter at least once every 6 months to maintain optimal drainage performance.
Is the machine safe for delicate silk or wool?
Yes, the AI wash and 6Motion technology allow the machine to perform gentle, oscillating movements that are safe for delicate fabrics.
Does this machine require a special power outlet?
No, it functions on standard residential electrical outlets, but always ensure the circuit can handle the wattage required for high-heat wash cycles.
Troubleshooting
Machine vibrates excessively during the spin cycle
Check that all four leveling feet are firmly in contact with the floor and that the transit bolts were completely removed during installation.
The cycle is taking longer than expected
The AI feature may be adjusting the cycle time based on the detected load weight and fabric type; if the load is unbalanced, the machine will pause to redistribute the clothes.
Water is not draining from the drum
Inspect the drain hose for kinks and ensure the debris filter at the front of the unit is clean and free of blockages.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Large 11KG capacity in a space-saving 565mm deep chassis
- TurboWash cuts down laundry time to under an hour for mid-sized loads
- AI-driven fabric classification prevents clothing wear and damage
- Steam feature provides hygienic cleaning for allergy sufferers
- Energy-efficient motor design reduces overall operational costs
Cons
- The black finish requires regular wiping to keep smudge-free
- High-capacity 11kg loads require strict weight compliance to prevent imbalance
- Advanced settings may have a steeper learning curve for users used to manual dials
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure peak performance, place the washing machine on a level, solid surface. Given its 565mm depth, ensure that the plumbing connections have at least 10cm of clearance behind the unit. During installation, always remove the transit bolts from the rear of the machine, as failure to do so will cause significant vibration and potential mechanical damage. For ongoing care, run a 'Tub Clean' cycle periodically using a dedicated machine cleaner to prevent mildew buildup. Regularly clear the debris filter at the bottom front of the machine to ensure the drainage system remains unobstructed and the pump operates efficiently.
