Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Break-in Period: If you are new to low-drop or minimalist-leaning shoes, take a few short walks or light jogs to adapt your calves and feet to the change in geometry.
- Cleaning: After muddy runs, allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources. Once dry, use a soft-bristled brush to knock away loose dirt from the outsole.
- Fit Check: Ensure the size fits comfortably with a thumb's width between your toes and the end of the shoe, as trail running often causes feet to swell slightly.
- Storage: Keep your shoes in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the foam midsole from premature degradation.
