Yes, the chair is supplied in two separate sections (base and backrest) and requires self-assembly, which involves clipping the backrest into the base.
The Caesar Rise Recliner Armchair comes with a 1-year guarantee.
The Caesar Rise Recliner features a single motor mechanism, which typically means the backrest and footrest operate in tandem or have limited independent movement. For precise control options, it's best to consult the user manual.
Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the chair and the electrical outlet. Check that the electrical outlet is functioning by plugging in another device. Verify the handset is correctly connected and not obstructed.
Confirm the chair is plugged in and receiving power. Check the handset to ensure the correct function is selected and activated. If the issue persists, there may be an internal fault; contact customer support.
The backrest may not be fully clipped into the base. Carefully detach the backrest and reattach it, ensuring it clicks firmly into place on both sides.
Slight operational noises are normal. However, if you hear grinding or loud mechanical sounds, stop operation immediately and check for any obstructions around the mechanism or base. Contact customer support if the noise continues.
