FAQs
Is this set safe for oven use?
No, this dinner set is designed for microwave and dishwasher use only. Do not place these items in a conventional oven.
Can I use these plates in a freezer?
While the material is durable, we do not recommend extreme temperature changes, such as moving from the freezer directly to the microwave.
Are the plates prone to staining?
The glazed finish is resistant to staining, but it is recommended to rinse off acidic foods like tomato sauce soon after use.
How many pieces are included in the set?
The number of pieces depends on the specific variant purchased (e.g., 12, 18, or 24-piece sets).
Does the floral pattern fade in the dishwasher?
The pattern is designed to be durable, but using harsh chemicals or industrial dishwasher settings may reduce its vibrancy over many years.
Troubleshooting
Water spots remaining after dishwasher cycle
Ensure the rinse aid compartment of your dishwasher is filled and check that the drying cycle is enabled.
Minor dulling of the glaze over time
Avoid using high-temperature, aggressive dishwashing detergents; switch to a milder dish soap or a dedicated liquid detergent.
Surface scratches appearing on plates
Ensure that stainless steel cutlery is not being pressed firmly into the surface; use gentle motions when cutting food.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your Simpa Florentine Dinner Set is straightforward; simply wash all pieces with warm soapy water before the first use to remove any production dust.
Compatibility:
- Microwave: Fully compatible with standard household microwave ovens.
- Dishwasher: Safe for use in standard dishwashers. Use a gentle cycle if available to prolong the life of the glaze.
Care Instructions:
- Avoid using harsh abrasive scrubbers or steel wool, as these can scratch the glazed surface and dull the floral design.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the item in warm, soapy water rather than scraping with metal utensils.
- Stack plates carefully to avoid impact between pieces, which can cause cracking or chipping at the rims.
