FAQs
Is the Eagle Skyper Iii waterproof?
The exterior material is water-resistant, protecting your belongings during light rain, but it should not be submerged in water.
Does it fit under the seat in front of me?
Due to its 46-litre size, it is designed for overhead bin storage rather than under-seat placement.
Can I replace the wheels if they break?
The wheels are modular, but we recommend contacting authorized repair services for proper installation to ensure mobility is maintained.
Does the suitcase come in different colors?
Yes, this model is available in Blue, Purple, Grey, and Green.
Is the handle sturdy enough for a laptop bag to be placed on top?
Yes, the telescopic handle is built to support the weight of a standard laptop bag or personal item securely.
Troubleshooting
The suitcase zipper feels stuck.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper track. If it remains stiff, lightly rub a pencil lead or silicon lubricant on the teeth.
Combination lock is not unlocking.
Verify the wheels are aligned correctly to the numbers. If you forgot the combination, standard factory reset procedures for this model usually require specialized access or local locksmith assistance.
Wheels are not rolling smoothly.
Check for hair, carpet fibers, or small pebbles lodged in the wheel housing and remove them with tweezers.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set the combination lock, follow the manufacturer's instructions to move the dial to the unlock position, press the reset button, set your unique code, and release the button. Ensure you store your code in a safe place. Compatibility-wise, the 46-litre footprint is designed to fit within standard airline carry-on dimensions, though we recommend checking your specific airline's current requirements before departing. For care, clean the exterior shell with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals that might affect the finish. Ensure the wheels are kept free of debris by occasionally wiping them down, and always store the suitcase in a cool, dry place when not in use.
