The On Running Cloudmonster 1 trainers are designed for adult male runners seeking a balance of high-level cushioning and energy-returning responsiveness for daily training sessions. By integrating signature CloudTec® technology and Helion™ foam, these shoes excel at providing impact protection on asphalt surfaces; however, runners who prefer a firm, minimal ground-feel may find the substantial cushioning profile too soft for faster, short-distance speed work.

These trainers are specifically designed for asphalt and road use; while they can handle light, flat paths, they lack the lug depth for technical trails.
Spot clean with a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and a mild detergent. Avoid submersion.
The Speedboard acts as a lever that bends and snaps back during your stride to provide energy return and forward propulsion.
Yes, the provided insole is removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if needed.
Most runners find that the cushioning performance remains optimal for approximately 300 to 500 miles, depending on weight and running surface.
Use a blunt tool or a firm brush to gently dislodge rocks or gravel from the CloudTec® channels.
Use the extra eyelet at the top of the lacing system to perform a heel-lock lacing technique.
Ensure the shoes are given at least 24 hours of rest between runs to allow the foam to decompress fully.
To ensure the best performance, ensure your laces are tightened using the hidden eyelet system to provide a secure midfoot lockdown without creating pressure points. When storing, keep the trainers away from direct heat sources to prevent the Helion™ foam from degrading. To clean, wipe the polyester upper with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage the structural adhesives. If the shoes become soaked, remove the insoles and stuff the interior with newspaper to draw out moisture slowly.
