Troubleshooting
Bag feels stiff
The thick organic cotton may feel stiff initially. Use the bag regularly for daily activities; the fabric will naturally soften with use.
Stains on the fabric
For minor stains, use a damp cloth and mild soap. For tougher stains, spot clean with appropriate fabric cleaner for cotton, testing on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid machine washing.
Handles feel uncomfortable when heavily loaded
Distribute weight evenly. The double handles are designed for versatility, but for very heavy loads, carrying by hand may be more comfortable than over the shoulder.
