Yes, the DuoClean floorhead is specifically designed to transition between carpets and hard floors without requiring a head change.
The battery provides up to 50 minutes of runtime, though this can be shorter if using higher suction modes or intensive cleaning settings.
Yes, the battery is removable, allowing you to charge it separately from the vacuum unit.
Sensors detect the amount of dirt being picked up and automatically increase or decrease suction power to provide an optimal clean.
Yes, it includes a FurFins pet tool specifically engineered to remove hair from upholstery and stairs.
Use the Flexology button on the wand to bend the vacuum, allowing the floorhead to slide under low objects while you remain standing.
Check the dust cup for blockages, empty it, and ensure all connections are tightly locked.
Inspect the brush roll for wrapped hair or debris and remove any obstructions.
Verify the charging connection is secure or try charging the battery separately from the unit.
Setup begins by clicking the floorhead into the main wand and attaching the handheld motor unit to the top. Ensure all parts 'click' securely to maintain suction integrity. To charge, either plug the unit into a power source directly or remove the battery pack to charge it at any convenient wall outlet. Maintenance is straightforward: periodically empty the dust cup after each use to maintain peak performance, and check the DuoClean floorhead for hair wraps around the brush roll. Always ensure the battery is completely cool before initiating a charge to extend its overall lifespan.
