Yes, they generally follow standard sizing; however, since they are crafted from leather, they will adjust to the shape of your foot over time.
It is not recommended. Exposure to water can damage the metallic leather and the leather sole.
Store them in the provided dust bag away from direct sunlight and humidity to keep the metallic finish pristine.
The signature VLogo is finished in an antique brass tone.
A shoe horn is not required, but using one can help maintain the shape of the heel counter over the life of the shoe.
Wear the flats for short periods indoors to allow the heat of your feet to naturally soften the leather.
Use a specialized leather conditioner recommended for metallic finishes and apply very gently with a soft cloth.
If the leather sole feels too slippery, you may take the shoes to a professional cobbler to have a thin, protective rubber sole guard applied.
Upon receiving your Valentino Garavani flats, remove them from the included dust bag and ensure the fit is snug but comfortable; as these are made from genuine leather, the material will slightly soften and mold to your feet over the first few wears. To care for your flats, avoid direct contact with water and harsh chemicals which can damage the metallic finish. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust after each use, and always store them inside the provided dust bag when not in use to prevent scratching against other footwear.
