Product Information

Full details

The Korsteel Sweet Iron French Link Loose Ring Snaffle Bit is crafted from black iron and copper, which oxidizes and rusts to create a sweet taste that encourages salivation and jaw relaxation in horses. Its French link snaffle design distributes pressure evenly across the horse's tongue, avoiding the nutcracker action. The loose rings offer greater movement, allowing the bit to be repositioned in the horse's mouth to discourage leaning against the rider's hands or reins. Available in 4.5", 5", 5.5", or 6".
