Care
- Battery Maintenance: The Sealed Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries have a limited lifespan (typically 3-5 years). Replace the batteries when prompted by the software or when the backup time decreases significantly.
- Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the UPS with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Ventilation: Ensure that the ventilation slots on the UPS are not blocked.
- Testing: Periodically test the UPS by unplugging it from the wall outlet to verify that it provides backup power.
