FAQs

Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?

The Havaianas Sndl Tube sandals have a standard fit. If you have wider feet, it's advisable to check reviews or try them on if possible, as the 'Tube' strap design offers limited width adjustment.

Can I wear these for swimming?

While the material is water-resistant, they are designed as casual sandals, not specialized water shoes. It's best to rinse them with clean water after swimming and avoid prolonged submersion.

What is the return policy if the size doesn't fit?

Please refer to the specific retailer's return policy for details on exchanges or returns due to sizing issues.

How durable are the straps?

The 'Tube' series straps are made from durable rubber, typical of Havaianas quality, designed for casual wear and tear.

How do I clean dirt off the soles?

Use a damp cloth or a soft brush with mild soap and water to gently scrub the soles. Rinse with clean water and air dry.

What is the main benefit of the 'Tube' series design?

The 'Tube' design offers a distinct aesthetic and a comfortable, secure fit suitable for casual walking.

Troubleshooting

Sizing feels off

Consult the Havaianas size chart for UK adult foot sizing. Different series might have slight variations.

Straps feel tight

Wear the sandals for short periods to allow them to mold to your feet. Avoid stretching them forcefully.

Discoloration after wear

Ensure the sandals are not exposed to excessive heat or direct sunlight for extended periods. Follow care instructions for cleaning.
