As the product is made to order, please double-check all personalisation details before submitting your order. If an error is found immediately after ordering, contact customer support to see if amendments are possible before production begins. If the order has already been produced with the incorrect details provided by the customer, it cannot be refunded unless faulty.

If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact UKSoccershop customer support with photographic evidence of the fault. They will arrange for a replacement or refund as per their policy.

This can sometimes happen with performance fabrics. Ensure you are following the care instructions, particularly avoiding harsh detergents and high heat drying. A gentle fabric softener may help, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
