Product Information

Full details

The Scorpion EXO-491 Pirate Helmet is a full-face helmet designed for maximum comfort and protection. It features a shell made of the latest polycarbonate composite material, tested in a wind tunnel for a low-noise and streamlined design. The EPS-lined chin bar provides added protection, and the automatic micrometric chin strap buckle allows for quick release and precise adjustment. The SpeedView™ system offers an internal retractable visor for instant eye relief in changing light conditions. This helmet is a successor to the popular EXO-490, incorporating advanced features like Scorpion’s multi-layer EPS, a ram-air vent system for substantial airflow, and a MaxVision® (Optional) face shield for a wider field of view. The Kwikwick® C moisture-wicking liner is fully removable and washable. It is homologated with ECE 22.06 and features Ellip-Tec™ for easy, secure, tool-less visor changes in seconds. The Kwikfit™ feature makes it eyewear compatible, and the micrometric buckle ensures a secure fit. This helmet is an excellent choice for riders who enjoy daily riding and seek a helmet with diverse features at a reasonable price.
