Yes, their durable construction makes them great for both athletic activities and general everyday wear at school.
No, these are standard performance trainers and are not designed to be waterproof.
These are neutral trainers, meaning they are designed to support a natural, balanced foot strike rather than providing aggressive motion control.
No, excessive heat can warp the materials. Always air-dry them away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
It means the shoe is built for runners who do not significantly overpronate or supinate, promoting a neutral landing.
Ensure the laces are double-knotted or use a 'runner's loop' to increase friction and security.
Use a soft-bristled brush to clear debris from the grooves to maintain optimal grip.
To ensure the best performance, check that the laces are adjusted to provide a snug fit across the midfoot without restricting circulation. The shoes are designed for standard road running, so keep them away from muddy trails to maintain the traction of the outsole. To clean, remove excess dirt with a soft brush and wipe the exterior with a damp cloth; never submerge them in water or place them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the specialized foams and adhesives.
